This really put the scarcity loop in a perfect nutshell for me. I’m re reading the book. Listening on Audible has advantages but sometimes I space out because I’m driving and miss key things. I felt myself kind of stressed about scarcity loop and how do I help my kids not turn into phone obsessed zombies 🧟♀️.

You’re mom’s experience hits home for me. A little under a year ago I got diagnosed with a brain tumor. It’s gone now but I have to get an MRI every few months and it’s triggering. No phones are allowed so I lay there in the machine for 45 minutes with no choice but to face my emotions. I too get very weepy!
