I'm happy to join the subscriber community today. After reading the Comfort Crisis I challenged myself to make myself uncomfortable in good ways. My "favorite" is this: when I'm travelling without kids I lift and carry my suitcase instead of using the roller wheels. Doesn't sound like much, but after doing that through LaGuardia and NYC subways I really feel it by the time I get to my hotel room.
Does this special apply to those of us who are currently annual members? Have been an annual member for a couple years. Always enjoy your practical advice and info.
