How are your feet holding up?

I remember as a scout we hiked Coyote Gulch and we came to a natural spring about 8 miles in. Best water I've ever consumed!

Love the update! I started reading The Monkey Wrench Gang on your recommendation when you started your hike. It is so great reading about the terrain you are covering. Terrific stuff! Thank you for sharing your experience with all of us.

Listened to this after the live play and I just think you are adorable in your candor, your enthusiasm, your diligence to stay true and share life and knowledge and challenges - truly motivating and inspiring and gets me thinking a lot about future endeavors

For your next hike you may want to bring some firefly’s along…. It is a recovery device that attaches to your legs you can wear at the end of the day that is great for recovery.

Awesome, keep it up! With needing such mental focus on trail finding, have you been able to let your mind wander much - any good self reflection, inspiration, brainstorming, etc.?

I have an ultra light thermarest cot that packs down smaller and just as light as a pad. Random REI clearance purchase that I'm so glad I randomly got!
