When I met my Greek wife-to-be, she told me she's allergic to dogs. I later realized that she has a dog phobia. After we were married, I researched "the smartest breed of dog" and Jack Russell terrier kept coming up. I found a Jack purchased it. When I bought Athena home, my wife freaked out. She wouldn't touch the dog for six months. Years later, we now have two Jacks, and my wife is their favorite person in the world. Smart woman, smart dogs--I let them figure it out.

Hi Michael - have you considered doing a post on the difference between feeding dogs standard food vs real/whole foods?

What a fantastic podcast. I usually hate podcasts. They’re too long. They’re full of junk material — they waste my time. Not this one. Fantastic. Thank you Michael.

I almost shut the podcast down immediately because you started with a giant blooper. Own a dog? Who owns a dog? You redeemed yourselves but you need to rethink this “ownership” thing gentlemen.

I’m a member and just listened to the new pod. Just an inquiry into the book that Dr Gee discussed put out by the American Psychotherapy Association I think it was. Can you share the book title please. 🙏 great pod. Best. Dean - Melbourne

Dogs are the best!

Also - is there going to be a paid subscriber feed for the podcast? I’ve set my player to skip the first three minutes of ads but it’s not the best
