The post

Last week, we ran an important post that explained why modern exercise might be failing our brains by not preventing dementia and Alzheimer’s as much as it could.

After I sent the post, my friend Tommy Wood emailed me to add a point he thought I’d missed. Tommy is worth listening to.

He’s a neuroscientist and professor at the University of Washington with a medical degree from Oxford and Ph.D. in physiology and neuroscience from the University of Oslo.

He also has a new book coming out (with the same editor of The Comfort Crisis) called The Stimulated Mind: Future-Proof Your Brain from Dementia and Stay Sharp at Any Age. Consider pre-ordering it now (pre-orders are massively helpful for authors).

Tommy wrote:

From here you’ll learn:
-Another critical way to enhance your exercise and prevent brain diseases.
-The truth about brain games.
-5 brain-protecting strategies backed by the largest studies on brain health.
