Man, this site is awesome. I read so much fitness and nutrition information. It's rare to find something that stands out.

Does Bitar's book say anything for naturally skinny people who struggle to gain weight? I'll read the full book either way, just curious if you came across anything.

i devised my own 'diet' (I don't like that term as it implies 'temporaryness').

I call it the 4E's plan. It works in listing 4 things you do to lose weight and works in a reducing importance of weight loss ability:

1: Eat less (duh!)

2: Eat well

3: Exercise

4: Ever (forever, geddit?)

Which all means of course that it is a lifestyle change not a 'follow the plan' strictness.
