I don’t subscribe to many things like this, so I’m surprised that I had barely been introduced to your platform when I decided to try it out for a year. I love the idea of “2%” and want to adopt that mindset! I’m excited that I happened to arrive just in time for this challenge, too. It feels like I’m already reaping the rewards for joining (in addition to catching up on some older podcasts). Bring it on!

I never subscribe to things and I subscribed to this a little over a year ago and have learned so much...from Michael AND the comments!! Definitely worth the money.

That's what works! There are no silver bullets. Improving your mind and body requires a shotgun approach. :)

I don’t make resolutions, but last December, after reading The Comfort Crisis, I decided to walk daily no matter the weather (and it gets nasty here). I started there and added rucking and lifting and made small dietary and mindset shifts throughout this year. It’s been life-changing.

It really does come down to little changes on top of little changes that add up to a whole lifestyle shift.

Bird by bird. Word by word. Choice by choice.

It all adds up!

Thanks, Michael! I’m in!

I'm open minded to all things that make good sense for improving my fitness. For Christmas my wife and I splurged and bought a sauna along with a Yeti 350 ice chest for cold plunging. Yes, Yeti 350 is like a coffin! I believe that Rucking is a winning strategy alone but I have also incorporated Kaatsu BFR into my Rucking sessions. My goal is to thrive in the "Super Medium" zone at age 64 and beyond. 2% is the gold standard IMO!

Thank you, Michael!

Out for a ruck with my Xmas gift from the kids, a GoRuck with a 30 lb. plate. Hope the challenge includes a ruck!

Why the ads in a paid section of 2%? We’re already paying money. Can you at the very least put at the end and not the beginning?

That's fantastic to hear. Thanks for reading the books! I'm glad you enjoyed them both—I think they compliment each other well (something I didn't expect when I started writing Scarcity Brain).

Totally agree. I’ve been recommending them as a set - first understand, then do.

I'm up for it! Get my stitches out 12/30 for my carpal tunnel surgery, so hopefully there's alot of one armed challenges! Life is change, it'll be fun to do a community challenge as I train by myself year round. Happy New Year! Luv Charlie

Has anyone seen today’s challenge yet? I know I’m eager but not sure if there is a glitch on my side or if just hasn’t posted yet

Hi.

My name's Eugene I'm from Australia. If you've heard the quote "It's either day one or one day" it carries some urgency, with how fast 2024 went past. But the bonus for following this American challenge is that one day is day one tomorrow :) Experimented with rucking after reading something on here.
