Just finished my "old man" Murph. 2hrs 30 sec. Walked 1.42 miles with stops for adapted Good morning rope dips 165; squat with overhead rope pull-ups and pulldowns 225; incline push up 260-75 to 45 degree angle; Heavy Hands (2×3#) level 2-2 feet travel of weight approximately from my straight arm to just over 90 degrees 3840 times (640 per cycle- 6.5 cycles 24960 footpounds of work). Most of current training influenced by Leonard Schwartz of Heavy Hands fame. Fun and dedicated to my father who was a Navy pilot in WWII, then came home and built our family. Mom also worked at the Navy Base during the war! In memoriam! Love Charlie
