I'm glad he found enough hours to get exercise in! Too bad his wife won't be able to exercise if all he's doing is grocery shopping, though! Teasing!
All jokes aside, you can exercise WITH your family, gaining more hours a week with them as well (20 really isn't a ton)! You'll be in different seasons with your kids as they age. I remember some really smart dude writing some articles about carrying your kids instead of a rucksack. I carried Sam 4-6 miles at a time until she tipped over the 50 lb mark (and got too antsy to be carried). We hike all the time, and at 7, she thinks it's a game to do circuits. You can easily do yoga from YouTube with your kids at home, or if they are old enough get them a membership to wherever you go and haul them with! It may not be the exercise you WANT to do, but you can gain more family time, some is better than none, that season won't last forever they can do new stuff next year when they're older, AND you're teaching them great habits!
Anyone else have ideas for working out with your kids? I'm ALL ears. And would LOVE to hear how others integrate exercise with family time!
